Dvorak Hack for IR Palm keyboard

Hi - does anyone know of a keyboard hack that works with Palm OS5. Just got a new IR keyboard for my LifeDrive. Looking for a way to switch the keyboard to Dvorak. (been touch typing Dvorak for 10 years). Thanks!

    I have a ThinkOutside IR keyboard for my PocketPC (it also has PalmOS drivers) that I have been trying to change to Dvorak, but no luck. ThinkOutside no longer offers a Dvorak keyboard layout with their drivers. I've even downloaded the SDK from their website and tried modifying the keyboard driver file, but was unable to get it to work. I also want to modify the on-screen tap-keyboard to Dvorak layout, even though I usually use graffiti, but no idea if that's possible.
